Giveaway Terms & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
Welcome to the IGET Vapes Giveaway Competition! These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in our giveaway competition (the “CASH $$$ GIVEAWAY”). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enter.

2. Eligibility
The Competition is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of IGET Vapes and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) are not eligible to participate in the Competition. The Competition is void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter
To participate in the Competition, you must follow these steps:

Free Entry: Each customer who places an order through the IGET Vapes website will automatically receive one (1) free entry into the Competition. Your order confirmation will serve as proof of your entry.

Additional Entries: Participants have the option to purchase additional entries : $10 for 3 entries, $15 for 5 entries, $20 for 10 entries and $50 for 40 entries.

To purchase additional entries, simply select your desired entry package during the checkout process on our website. All purchased entries will be added to your total number of entries in the Competition.

4. Entry Period
The entry period for the Competition will be clearly specified on our website at the time of the giveaway announcement. All entries must be received by the closing date stated on the promotional material. Late entries will not be considered. IGET Vapes is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received for any reason.

5. Prize Details
The specific prize for the Competition will be detailed in the promotional materials associated with the giveaway. The prize may include products from IGET Vapes, including but not limited to vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories.

Prize Restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable, and there is no cash equivalent for any prize. IGET Vapes reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize is not available for any reason.

6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The random drawing will take place within a reasonable timeframe after the closing date. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Selection Process: The selection will be conducted by an independent party or an automated system that is not affiliated with IGET Vapes. All decisions regarding the selection of winners are final and binding.

7. Notification of Winners
Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry. The notification will include instructions on how to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond to the notification within seven (7) days from the date of the notification, IGET Vapes reserves the right to select an alternative winner. PAYOUT ONLY AFTER THEY PROVIDE ID AND BSB ACCOUNT

Publicity Rights: By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their first name and state for promotional purposes without any additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions
By entering the Competition, you agree to the following terms:

Liability Release: You release and hold harmless IGET Vapes, its affiliates, partners, agents, and employees from any liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in the Competition or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Modification of Competition: IGET Vapes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor that may affect the integrity of the Competition.

Disqualification: IGET Vapes reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Competition, or acting in violation of these Terms. Any attempt to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Competition is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, IGET Vapes reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitations of Liability: IGET Vapes is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Competition. IGET Vapes is not responsible for any technical failures or malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any entry to be received by IGET Vapes due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected from participants during the Competition will be used in accordance with IGET Vapes’ Privacy Policy. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
